Our Treasury team manages the liquidity of the firm and optimizes the strength of our balance sheet. It handles cash activities, borrowing and investment needs, excess cash investment and banking relationships for all credit and cash services, while implementing proper controls to safeguard company assets. The Treasury Manager leads global treasury operations, liquidity risk management, working and growth capital strategies, optimizing global cash flow and banking operations while implementing processes to identify and manage risk.

Responsibilities of this role

Ensure timely and complete internal/external reporting to shareholders, management and banks.

Work directly with Director of BI/Treasury on debt/paydown/interest reduction strategies.

Daily updates to borrowing base reporting alongside internally published Cash vs Debt.

Monitor covenant ratios and report findings to department Director.

Collaborate with Inventory Analyst to lower inventory cost of carry and optimize inventory holdings.

Daily reporting of receivables program with bank and segregation of bank collateral assets.

Enhance bank strategy and streamline Treasury department from operating companies to consolidated entity.

Build scalable treasury infrastructure and source opportunities for capital creation and expansion internationally and M&A.

Drive operational excellence by implementing and administering treasury tools and processes.

Strengthen strategic relationships with banks and cross-functional teams to enhance treasury operations.

Serve as day-to-day banking point of contact and provide weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting to banks and funding partners.

Design liquidity forecast for BIG and other ad hoc reporting requests.

Monitor bank balances and optimize interest income while minimizing cost of capital.

Collaborate with other departments to shorten timelines around data presentation and ensure quality and data standards.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a treasury analyst (required).

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in finance or related field (required).

Advanced skill in Excel and PowerPoint and knowledge of financial and statistical analysis processes and packages (required).

Strong leadership skills with ability to direct, manage and deliver on multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and thoroughness (required).

Outstanding communication, reporting, and presentation skills and ability to present to boards (required).

Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate complex issues clearly through storytelling and crafting of executive level presentations (required).

Collaborative team player with ability to be respected as a trusted partner for the Business and Finance Teams (required).

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely (required).

Preferred skills and qualifications

Experience in financial forecasting and trend analytics.

Experience in Great Plains and Tableau preferred, but experience in other ERP and data optimizing services is also considered.

Strong familiarity with accounting concepts.

Experience in a corporate finance/consulting setting where applicable is preferred.

Measurable ability in financial planning and strategy.

Education

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in finance or related field (required).
