What You’ll Do:
Relate Search has partnered with a leading global manufacturing organization in their search for a Manager, Risk Management. This role will oversee day-to-day operations of the company’s corporate risk management program—managing claims, insurance coverage, compliance, and loss prevention activities across multiple regions. The Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, driving continuous improvement in risk strategy and ensuring the organization’s total cost of risk aligns with overall business goals.
Responsibilities: Support leadership in the strategy and annual placement of insurance programs, including data collection, actuarial analysis, and renewal submissions. Manage workers’ compensation, liability, and property claims programs—ensuring proper handling, communication, and resolution in coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Oversee risk management systems (RMIS), compliance documentation, and insurance schedules to ensure continuity of coverage across global operations. Analyze loss trends and develop reports to identify risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and communicate key metrics to leadership. Conduct contract reviews, support due diligence processes for acquisitions, and monitor the organization’s total cost of risk.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field. 5–8 years of experience in corporate risk management, underwriting, or brokerage. Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating across business units and external partners. Proficiency in RMIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); professional designations (ARM, CPCU, CRM, or RIMS-CRMP) are a plus.
