What You Will Do
Lead troubleshooting, deployment, and maintenance of hardware and software for automated test solutions in production facilities, service centers, and external customers such as airlines.
Develop, update, and maintain software using C#/.NET, NI TestStand, NI LabVIEW, and legacy tools like TurboAtlas.
Design and update electrical hardware drawings for circuit card assemblies, cables, test adapters, and test stations.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for proprietary hardware and software, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Apply engineering troubleshooting techniques and tools to diagnose root causes and implement corrective actions.
Mentor emerging engineers by providing technical guidance and fostering skill development.
Qualifications You Must Have
University degree and minimum 5 years relevant experience or advanced degree and minimum 3 years experience, or in absence of a degree, 9 years relevant experience.
4+ years of experience designing and supporting design of electrical assemblies.
4+ years of experience writing or modifying software source code.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve operational goals.
