The Senior Quotation Analyst is responsible for Unigen quotation process, preparation, documentation, reporting and coordination of quotes. Reports to the Quotation Manager. Key Responsibilities
Review, analyze and verify RFQ based on customer instructions, specifications, drawing and technical data Review customer package and address any issues, discrepancies, and missing information Verify bill of materials (BOM), Gerber and product drawing files for accuracy and completeness Register new request for quotation (RFQ) number Define customer needs and match customer requirements with established quotation guidelines Prepare and coordinate Request for Quotations (RFQs) for services (PCBA, Box Build, Test, Repair/Rework etc.) based on quote requirements received from customers Perform complete cost analysis, compile cost data and prepare cost volumes Calculate process, labor, NRE (Non-recurring engineering) cost and roll up the final quote Identify product\'s BOM component category and categorize components accordingly Identify any special process requirement and communicate with the engineering and management Generate process and labor cost using labor template Generate process/test NRE cost using the labor template macro file and update the NRE cost with markup price Review and finalize material cost BOM, material attrition, material scrap cost and material markup (MMU%) Roll up the final quote for review and approval Analyze quotations for content in addition to preparing complete cost analysis Prepare briefing packages for management review and approval of proposal Submit quote package/briefing for final approval from management before forward to PM/sales to review with the customer Interface with Program manager and/or Sales and customer to resolve issues; support PM/sales to review the quotation with the customer Maintain quote data and reporting Prepare, maintain, and review quotation labor cost template to get an accurate estimation and check for calculation error, higher cost process and new customer labor rate Provide weekly and quarterly win/loss/pending analysis reports to management for review Maintain high level communication with PM/sales regarding status of RFQ and participate in cost proposal negotiations Determine RFQ priorities and deliver timely customer quotations Other duties and responsibilities related to Quoting Analyst function, as assigned Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related discipline Minimum of 5 years cost estimating/quoting experience in electronic components and PCB assembly Electronics Manufacturing Environment (EMS) experience Basic analytical and financial skills Proficient in MS Office Suite: Advanced knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) You should be proficient in
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) PCB Assembly (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) Experience in a Manufacturing Environment Microsoft Excel Seniority level
