Overview At Dungarvin, we provide person-centered support services to individuals with developmental, intellectual, or mental health needs. As a Program Director / Coordinator, you will oversee program operations, coordinate direct care, and supervise staff to deliver high-quality services.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage program operations, ensuring compliance with licensing and Dungarvin standards.
Direct care as needed and provide leadership and team building with staff.
Develop individual goals, implement programs, and monitor program quality and outcomes.
Ensure medical, financial, and maintenance aspects of programs are managed through guidance of designees.
Provide supervision and ongoing training for staff and orientation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
At least 1 year full-time direct experience with participants with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
At least 2 years experience in management and working with development or intellectual disabilities.
Prior experience developing and implementing individual programs, implementing budgets, and supervising employees is desired.
Demonstrated decision-making, time management, and communication skills; responsible and flexible.
Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
Successful clearance of a criminal background check for licensing requirement – pre-employment requirement.
