Lead Technical Recruiter at Stability Technology Summary The Senior Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for the design and implementation of infrastructure technologies, such as servers, network, SAN, and cloud (Azure). The primary purpose of the Senior Infrastructure Engineer is to ensure that those assets are available, working correctly, efficiently, and maintaining compliance (ISO 27001 / CMMC). The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, proven professional experience, and a detailed knowledge of the industry’s best practices.

This job requires access to confidential and sensitive information, requiring ongoing discretion and secure information management. This position will report to the Director of IT.

Primary Responsibilities

Work within NIST Cybersecurity Framework and maintain ISO 27001 compliance.

Create a highly available and robust infrastructure to meet business needs using on‑prem and cloud infrastructure.

Deploy and maintain Back‑Up and Disaster Recovery infrastructure.

Design and implement infrastructure to support existing and new business services.

Integrate Identity Access Management using Microsoft’s Entra ID with existing and new services.

Configure and maintain SSO / MFA and Azure Conditional Access Policies.

Manage on‑prem ADDS infrastructure, including Certificate Authority / PKI, DHCP, DNS, and GPOs.

Enable a secure workforce through endpoint management tools and remote access with ZTNA.

Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technologies to meet compliance needs.

In collaboration with development teams, deploy and maintain Azure DevOps infrastructure, including data lake and data warehouse technologies.

Respond to escalated ITSM support issues, including incident response and improve ITSM processes.

Manage existing virtualization (VMware / Hyper‑V), SAN, Windows Server, SQL, and Azure services.

Act in alignment with users’ needs to contribute to organizational goals.

Work with our staff, vendors, customers, auditors, and regulatory agencies to support our operations. This includes meeting or exceeding compliance requirements such as ISO 27001, NIST, and DFARS.

Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.

Conduct research on infrastructure products, services, protocols, and standards to remain well‑informed of development in the networking industry.

Ensures the overall stewardship & delivery of production systems support and aligns support with the technology architecture of the infrastructure systems that will enable the business units to meet current and future business goals.

Balances speed, quality, and cost in delivering effective business solution project and baseline support.

Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, make timely deliverables, and meet deadlines.

Participate in solution design and implementation at all levels.

Communicate regularly and provide visibility on information services and systems, project status, recommendations, and technology issues.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or at least 4 years of relevant experience.

At least 6+ years of experience with information systems, network administration, and management of information systems.

Must have experience with cyber‑security management and mitigation. Experience working in an ISO 27001 or similar environment preferred.

Must have a solid understanding of Windows Desktop / Server, Linux server, Virtualization and TCP/IP network infrastructure.

TCP/IP Network administration knowledge including LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi, and VLANs, switches, and firewall configuration. Meraki experience preferred.

Experience with Microsoft On‑Prem technologies:

ADDS, CA/CS, AD DNS, File (DFS), Print, GPO, Hyper‑V, RDS, SQL, and IIS

Experience with Microsoft Azure technologies:

Entra ID, Azure Subscriptions, App Services, Enterprise Applications, Key vault, storage accounts, log analytics, network security, WAF, virtual networks, Azure DevOps, etc.

Intune (Endpoint) and Defender, Power Automate, Advanced Threat Protection, Exchange Online, WHFB, and SharePoint Online.

Experience managing infrastructure across multiple sites.

Excellent oral and written communication skills coupled with superior interpersonal skills.

Requires strong organizational and planning skills.

Travel: Some out‑of‑area and overnight travel may be expected (e.g., travel to bootcamps for training, other locations for discovery and deployment). Typically, 10% or less.

Preferred Qualifications

ISO 27001 compliance experience

Azure DevOps, data warehouses and data lake experience

Experience with network monitoring tools (Auvik, LogicMonitor, Zabbix, PRTG, etc).

Extensive migration experience (email, file server, virtualization such as p2v or v2v, etc).

Experience with Veeam solutions
