Position Summary The Asset Management Senior Financial Analyst will build, update, and present financial analysis and modeling to guide asset strategy and maximize value within the portfolio. Working closely with commercial leasing, investments, capital markets, development, property management, and accounting teams, you will drive value creation through strategic business plan development and execution.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) Provide financial analysis and underwriting on leasing strategies, renovation plans, and other project and portfolio‑level ROI opportunities. Create and maintain cash flow valuation models in Argus and Excel. Participate in the development/refinement of annual asset‑specific strategic business plans and budgets. Assist in the evaluation and due diligence for potential acquisitions and dispositions. Review monthly accruals and financial statements to ensure accuracy, correct issues, and evaluate property performance in relation to market trends. Update monthly and quarterly reporting for lenders, partners, and senior executives, ensuring compliance with agreement obligations. Prepare other analyses as needed to support the asset management and leasing teams. Assist senior team members in preparing Investment Committee memoranda.
What You’ll Need To Succeed (Qualifications) • 2 to 4 years of real estate investments, asset management, or acquisitions experience. • Exceptional academic record and superior quantitative, analytical, and advanced Excel skills. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and oral communication. • Experience with Argus and Yardi is strongly preferred. • Self‑directed, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with teams. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and a positive, can‑do attitude.
Salary & Benefits Salary range: $85,000 to $100,000 annually. A discretionary bonus will be offered.
