Job Responsibilities
Open new accounts while maintaining relationships with existing clients
Achieve sales effectiveness within the assigned area to meet or surpass individual and team goals
Transition patients to the pharmacy and ensure a seamless process
Utilize company tools to identify key accounts and maximize referral potential
Communicate relevant information regarding competitors and market conditions to leadership
Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Bachelor’s Degree with 4-6 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare industry
Will consider candidates without a Bachelor’s Degree if they possess 8 years of relevant experience
Strong understanding of Specialty Pharmacy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in IVIG account management or related specialty areas
Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office applications
Proven ability to pull analytical territory reports
Highly motivated with a positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset
Willingness and ability to adapt to change effectively
