As a Tax Senior Services Manager, you will partner with local and global EY teams to validate and govern finance operations, mitigate risk, and increase corporate transparency. Key Responsibilities
Assist in validation and governance of global finance operations utilizing one global methodology to track the end‑to‑end process and provide subsidiary governance throughout legal‑entity life cycle. Skills and Attributes for Success
Deliver timely, high‑quality services to exceed client expectations. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in client relationships. Serve as point of contact for client relationships and demonstrate knowledge of client businesses. Guide senior/staff and junior professionals through performance feedback and career development. Deploy the right engagement team leveraging US ACR resources. Keep up to date on global trends, developments, and regulations. Apply complex data analytics and review trends to support financial close timelines. Ensure statutory reporting and bookkeeping processes are relevant and up‑to‑date. Own engagements, make decisions, and resolve issues under strict deadlines. Improve service delivery, seek opportunities, and challenge traditional procedures. Build the practice by scoping new opportunities and proposal development. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related major. 8‑10 years of audit/accounting experience. CPA license or membership to state Bar. Knowledge of global statutory reporting and bookkeeping. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills. US‑GAAP knowledge, including GAAP reconciliation experience. Advanced Microsoft Excel and IT concepts. Ability to analyze historical legal‑entity financial information for GAAP adjustments. Experience with continuous improvement projects to drive quality, visibility, and client experience. Ability to influence change within EY and with clients. Travel up to 20‑30% to client locations. Ideally, You’ll Also Have
Client‑facing exposure in a global role. Basic understanding of SAP, Oracle, Business Central, and other compliance activities. IFRS knowledge. What We Offer
