How We LEAD In this dynamic position, the
Brand Partnerships Coordinator
will serve as a key component of the Brand Partnerships team, acting as the administrative support point person for
Interscope/Capitol’s
brand partnerships department. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, organizational, and creative skills. Prior experience in the music/entertainment field is ideal.
How You’ll CREATE
Assist with administrative duties including answering phones, maintaining calendars, preparing expense reports, booking travel, taking meeting minutes, and coordinating meetings.
Research brand partnership activities in the industry and stay up to date on the current market for potential leads.
Serve in a key role on the IGA’s brand partnership team, supporting and managing active and potential brand partnership campaigns for the Interscope/Capitol label, its roster of artists, and its content.
Work internally with Brand Partnerships, Marketing, and artist management teams to identify and facilitate unique partnership concepts, collaborating with key stakeholders across artist teams, brands, and internal label teams (marketing, digital, PR, etc.) to support priority projects and active brand campaigns.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of artist one sheets, pitch decks/presentations, and external e-newsletters, keeping all pitch materials updated with relevant news and stats regularly.
Support music video product placement and event sponsorship opportunities (outreach, negotiation of fees, contract execution, ensuring deliverables are met, and overall execution of the deal).
Manage invoice requests and contracting processes.
Maximize the use of consumer research to enhance and create opportunities for artists in the branding space.

Salary Range $38,799 – $80,850 (actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
