who can drive execution, challenge assumptions, and deliver results. Their experience leading major data transformations will enable them to identify unrealistic timelines, accurately assess effort levels, and ensure project success. Ideal candidates will have:
Expertise in large-scale financial systems and enterprise data migrations. Experience managing multiple testing environments, data collection, cataloging, and data governance practices. A proactive, assertive, and results-oriented approach. Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to drive change across all levels of the organization. About the Role
We are seeking a
Senior Program Manager
with extensive experience leading large, regulated projects—ideally within trading, clearing, financial services, or related industries. This role will lead complex, data-driven initiatives with a strong emphasis on governance, quality, and strategic delivery. Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of large-scale data initiatives in regulated environments. Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance requirements. Partner with cross-functional teams, including data governance, engineering, compliance, and operations. Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resources. Embed strong data governance practices throughout execution, ensuring data quality, lineage, privacy, and security. Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders. Provide executive-level updates and reporting. Required Qualifications
12+ years of project or program management experience in regulated environments. Proven success leading large-scale data initiatives with embedded data governance frameworks. Background in financial services, trading, or similar industries. Strong understanding of compliance, data governance, and risk management principles. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities. Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. Preferred Qualifications
PMP Certification strongly preferred. Experience with enterprise data platforms, governance tools, and analytics frameworks. Familiarity with SEC, FINRA, or other financial regulatory bodies.
