Lead tactical execution of order fulfillment and daily operations for small to midsize business.
Drive strategic supply chain initiatives across Steelcase manufacturing plants.
Collaborate cross-functional with logistics, IT, finance, and marketing teams.
Champions change and challenge the status quo to improve organizational performance.
Develop systems and processes to optimize supplier operations and efficiency.
Ensure alignment between operational execution and strategic goals.
Support integration efforts and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of business leadership experience (preferably in supply chain)
Proven people leadership experience
This is a primarily on-site role, candidates must be available to work on location daily
Desired Skills and Experience
Experience supporting broad operations functions (e.g., marketing, logistics)
Strategic mindset with ability to influence across large organizations
Background in manufacturing and supply chain
Ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement
Comfortable working in a flexible, fast-paced environment
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
