Role Description This is a full-time, door-to-door B2B sales role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area.
As a Food & Beverage Sales Representative, you will visit local businesses daily — including cafés, restaurants, hotels, bakeries, and specialty retailers — to introduce our products, conduct tastings, and build lasting client relationships.
Your day will include prospecting new leads, presenting product solutions, negotiating deals, and closing sales. You will play a key role in expanding Tortiamo’s market presence and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Visit prospective and existing clients in person daily (door-to-door)
Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, chefs, and managers
Present and sample our premium dessert line to decision makers
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and meet monthly sales goals
Deliver excellent customer service to ensure ongoing satisfaction
Qualifications
Experience in food service, food & beverage sales, or related hospitality fields
Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
Comfortable with door-to-door sales and face-to-face interaction
Strong organizational and time management skills
Positive attitude, self-motivation, and goal orientation
Ability to work on-site in the New York City Metropolitan Area
Prior food & beverage industry experience is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (not required)
