Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and correspondence handling
Assist with the preparation and processing of expense reports and financial documentation
Maintain filing systems and documentation, ensuring all information is organized and easily accessible
Act as the point of contact for incoming communications, handling phone calls and inquiries professionally
Coordinate and arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for staff and visitors
Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that the office is well-stocked and organized
Support internal and external meetings, preparing materials, and ensuring meeting rooms are ready
Contribute to team projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Experience with travel arrangements and expense reporting is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit
