We’re seeking an experienced Azure Architect / Engineer to join our growing team and lead the design, implementation, and management of multi‑tenant Azure environments with a strong focus on security, scalability, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate brings deep Azure expertise, understands the nuances of multi‑tenant environments, and is passionate about developing cloud architectures that align with both business goals and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage secure Azure environments for multiple clients in a multi‑tenant managed services model.

Architect and deploy solutions leveraging Azure Virtual Machines, Networking, Identity, Storage, and Security services.

Implement security best practices, including identity management, access control, and threat protection across Azure resources.

Develop and manage Azure Blueprints, Policies, and RBAC configurations to ensure tenant isolation and governance.

Work closely with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to assess risks, perform remediation, and ensure compliance with client and regulatory standards.

Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost, performance, and reliability, using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Automation tools.

Support migration and modernization efforts from on‑premise or hybrid environments to Azure.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and networking issues in multi‑tenant setups.

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver high‑quality managed cloud solutions and ongoing operational support.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Azure engineering or architecture roles.

Proven experience designing and managing multi‑tenant Azure environments in an MSP or enterprise setting.

Strong understanding of Azure networking, security, and identity management (Azure AD, Conditional Access, MFA, etc.).

Hands‑on experience with ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC).

Proficiency with Azure Security Center, Defender for Cloud, and Sentinel.

Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture and cloud governance frameworks.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills across hybrid and cloud environments.

Strong communication and client‑facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Azure certifications (e.g., AZ‑305, AZ‑500, or AZ‑104).

Experience with PowerShell scripting or Python for automation.

Background in ITIL or managed services operations.

Exposure to data analytics or monitoring platforms (e.g., Power BI, Log Analytics, Kusto Query Language).
