Field Marketing Manager

to lead events, campaigns, and brand activations that connect AdsGency to the world’s most ambitious marketers, founders, and advertisers.

The Role – Field Marketing Manager As

Field Marketing Manager , you’ll own the strategy and execution of AdsGency’s in-person and experiential marketing efforts — from startup conferences and investor showcases to product demos, panels, and community meetups.

You’ll build programs that generate pipeline, strengthen brand presence, and create meaningful engagement with our customers, partners, and the global AI x AdTech ecosystem.

— ideal for someone who can think like a marketer and execute like an operator.

What You’ll Do

Lead Field Marketing Programs:

Plan and execute AdsGency’s presence at conferences, expos, and partner events — from booth design to speaker coordination.

Drive Lead Generation:

Build data-driven campaigns to turn event engagement into measurable pipeline growth.

Collaborate Across Teams:

Partner with sales, partnerships, and product marketing to align event strategy with GTM priorities.

Brand Storytelling:

Create immersive experiences that bring AdsGency’s vision and technology to life.

Event Calendar Management:

Build and maintain a strategic calendar of global events, workshops, and roadshows.

Content & Messaging:

Coordinate pre-event campaigns, on-site content, and post-event follow-ups with marketing and design teams.

Performance Tracking:

Measure ROI, gather feedback, and continuously optimize event and field programs.

What You Bring

✅ 4–7 years of experience in

Field Marketing, Event Marketing, or B2B Growth

(preferably SaaS, AdTech, or AI)

✅ Strong ability to manage end-to-end event logistics — from concept to execution

✅ Excellent storytelling, communication, and relationship management skills

✅ Data-driven mindset — you measure success through engagement and pipeline metrics

✅ Passion for startup culture and brand-building through creativity

✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, resourceful environment where every launch matters

Bonus Points

✨ Experience marketing to

enterprise or agency audiences

⚙️ Familiarity with

HubSpot, Salesforce, or other marketing automation tools

Background in planning

demo days, product launches, or thought-leadership panels

Creative eye for brand aesthetics, design, and on-site experience

Prior work at an

early-stage startup
