Base pay range $40.00/hr - $65.00/hr
Distech/Tridium experience is required.
US Citizen or Green Card only.
Paid hourly with full benefits, company vehicle & fuel card.
Requirements
5 years’ experience or more in with Siemens Desigo and/or Distech Controls or at a minimum Tridium/Niagara (Commercial experience not residential). Will not consider any candidates that don’t have extensive knowledge of one of these three systems.
Will need to be able to setup projects from the ground up and assist with start-up of complex system to include Air and Water systems.
Need to be able to write programs, understand control wiring, database creation, system graphics and would need a strong mechanical understanding.
PLC, Manufacturing, Process controls experience is not applicable to this Senior BAS position.
Distech Certified is Preferred.
Responsibilities You will be responsible for the design, configuration, and operation of a complete building control systems to meet the intent of the project documents or owner. Develop complex systems programs, commissioning tests, and troubleshoot to ensure proper operations of the building control system.
Design and configure technically complex building control systems as defined by the contract documents. Able to create flow diagrams, sequence of operations, bill of material, network layouts and control schematics as required.
Create and test software programs necessary to operate the system per the intent of the project requirements.
Coordinate the creation of necessary drawings and equipment schedules for submittals and installation.
Continued training to maintain a high level of Siemens and Distech control systems
