GavinHeath is partnering with a client in Parker, CO looking to add a Customer Relations Representative to their team. The role is a Direct Hire position.
Responsibilities
Conduct Annual Reviews
Send Annual Review Emails re new coverage options each month
Annual Review Follow Up
Handle quoting follow up
Manage follow up appointments
Business Specialist-quoting new business
Team Tracking
Present monthly results at first Team Member (TM) meeting of each month
Track Life and Health Contests
Track Team Member Hall of Fame
Track Agent Aspirant program
Service
Phone Coverage in support of Service Team
Support during Lunch for Service Team
Claim Specialist
Daily Review for New Claims and Initial Contact
Monitor claim handling timeframe
Set appointment as needed with claims, client and agent/TM
Renters Conversion
Conduct Quote Review with clients moving from Renters to HO
Review for potential Life and Health needs with new mortgage
Quote PLUP and Autos at new address
Homeowners to Homeowners (HO) Conversion
Conduct Quote Review with clients moving from HO to HO
Review for potential Life and Health needs with new mortgage
Quote Personal Liability Umbrella Policy (PLUP) and Autos at new address
New Accounts (NATM)
Responsible for helping with account opening
Manage basic account requests with Agent verbal/written approval ONLY
Large Household (HH) Quoting-back up on HH that require more Quoting time and Agent Support
Qualifications
2+ years of customer service, account management, or insurance experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, customer-first approach—able to build rapport with high-value clients.
Experience handling inbound/outbound calls, scheduling, and policy servicing in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple client follow-ups, quotes, and renewals simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort working with CRM or agency management systems.
Ability to explain insurance coverage, claims processes, and product options clearly and empathetically.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to handle confidential client information with professionalism and discretion.
Team-oriented with a willingness to support colleagues in service coverage and client management.
