Job Summary Introba seeks an experienced Associate, Senior Technology Aviation Consultant to develop digital strategies, conduct technology assessments, and deliver aviation building design and construction solutions.
Responsibilities
Work with clients to identify business objectives and develop digital strategies.
Apply Digital Twin platforms and Smart Airport technologies such as PIDS, FIDS, AODB, and integrated BMS systems.
Analyze passenger flow analytics, robotics, and inter‑system integration for airport operations.
Interpret FAA, ICAO, and EASA regulations as they relate to technology deployments.
Use AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam for design and documentation.
Participate in industry associations (AAAE, ACC, ACI) and contribute to thought leadership initiatives such as the Digital Twin Roadmap.
Manage client relationships, especially in complex aviation environments.
Mentor junior staff, lead cross‑functional teams, and manage vendor relationships.
Assess current digital capabilities and identify improvement opportunities.
Develop business cases and roadmaps for digital transformation initiatives.
Provide guidance on technology selection, implementation, and adoption.
Collaborate with IT, marketing, and operations to ensure successful implementation of digital solutions.
Monitor and report progress of digital transformation initiatives to clients and internal stakeholders.
Advise clients on all aspects of aviation building design, implementation, and management.
Conduct site surveys and assessments to identify opportunities for energy efficiency, sustainability, and automation.
Develop solutions that optimize energy consumption, comfort, and productivity.
Stay current with trends, technologies, and best practices in digital transformation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in aviation industry/technology as an employee or consultant on the provider side.
Strong understanding of aviation design and construction process.
Strong knowledge of digital technologies, including cloud computing, big data analytics, AI, and IoT.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong project management skills and ability to develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Experience with LEED certification and other sustainability frameworks is a plus.
Ability to travel to client sites about 20‑30%.
