Job Description
Handle real estate and title litigation matters from inception through trial with minimal supervision
Oversee discovery processes, site inspections, depositions, expert retention, and expert discovery
Independently manage court appearances, depositions, and hearings
Collaborate with team members to achieve client and firm goals
Regular client communication and case updates
Qualifications
At least 1 year of real estate/title experience
Admission to the California Bar
Some litigation skills, including case management and courtroom experience
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
