Litigation Associate – Eminent Domain Practice
A well-regarded law firm seeks a Litigation Associate to support its expanding eminent domain practice in Southern and Northern California. Candidates with strong writing skills and general litigation experience are encouraged to apply; prior eminent domain experience is beneficial but not required.
Base Pay Range $140,000.00/yr – $220,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
Draft motions, discovery responses, and case-related pleadings.
Participate in court appearances, hearings, and procedural matters.
Conduct and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses.
Assist with trial preparation and case evaluation strategy.
Manage client communication and support ongoing litigation workflows.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in California (California Bar required).
1–4+ years of litigation experience; commercial or real estate litigation preferred.
Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage deadlines and balance multiple ongoing matters simultaneously.
