Director of Sales & Marketing – U.S. Operations (Florida Focus)

About the Opportunity An established and fast-growing international hospitality brand is expanding its footprint across the U.S.—starting with Florida. We’re seeking a

dynamic Director of Sales & Marketing

to lead strategic growth, elevate brand visibility, and drive revenue performance across multiple hotel properties.

This is a key leadership role for an experienced hospitality professional with a proven track record in both sales and marketing. The position will report directly to executive leadership and work closely with global teams on market positioning and expansion initiatives in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness and drive demand across the U.S. market.

Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, website management, social media, and email campaigns.

Adapt international brand campaigns to align with U.S. market trends and guest expectations.

Manage creative content, PR, influencer collaborations, and advertising to enhance visibility.

Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all marketing channels.

Build and maintain relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, and tourism partners.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and sponsorships.

Collaborate with property-level leadership and revenue management to optimize occupancy and ADR.

Analyze market trends and competitor data to inform and adjust strategies for continuous growth.

Lead, mentor, and develop sales and marketing teams across Florida properties.

Partner with Operations, Development, and Revenue teams to ensure cohesive brand execution and guest experience.

Present performance updates, KPIs, and ROI analyses to executive leadership.

Represent the brand at trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality Management (Master’s preferred).

3–5 years of progressive experience in hospitality sales and marketing; experience with midscale or economy brands preferred.

Strong background in digital marketing, branding, and revenue management.

Proven ability to drive occupancy, ADR, and overall brand growth across multiple properties.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and a results-driven approach.

Willingness to travel throughout Florida on a regular basis.

Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
