What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Collaborate with customers, software engineers, and team members to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions

Participate in the full software development life cycle in various roles, including Scrum Master and Business Technical Analyst

Support requirements testing and ensure minimal production defects while analyzing results for customer impacts

Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management, assisting with requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):

Must be a U.S. citizen

Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in Information Systems/Information Technology

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a closely related field

Strong skills in analysis, documentation, and customer service

Thorough understanding of the application product lifecycle and software development life cycle (SDLC)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1 - 3 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies

1 - 3 years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry

1 - 3 years of experience in the Healthcare industry
