Collaborate with customers and team members to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions
Participate in Agile scrum teams in various roles, including Scrum Master and Business Technical Analyst
Support requirements testing to minimize production defects and analyze results for customer impact
Ensure compliance with standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle
Communicate project status and assist with requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews
Qualifications (What is Required)
Must be a U.S. citizen
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in Information Systems or Information Technology
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a closely related field
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC)
Preferred Qualifications (How to Stand Out)
1 - 3 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
1 - 3 years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry
1 - 3 years of experience in the Healthcare industry
