WHAT YOU’LL DO: As our Equipment Sales Representative, you’ll step into a role with virtually unlimited earning potential, where your success is determined by your ambition, relationship‑building skills, and drive to exceed goals.
In this exciting position, you will be responsible for promoting and selling new and used forklift equipment, as well as generating revenue through rental agreements, parts sales, and service support. Your mission will be to grow market share and strengthen our presence across a key territory that includes Santa Maria, San Luis Obispo, Atascadero, and Paso Robles.

WHAT YOU NEED:
Proven outside sales experience
Financing background preferred
Knowledge and experience of material handling equipment preferred
Excellent customer relations skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
Driver’s license with a good driving record
Candidates must reside in the working territory of Santa Barbara County
