We are currently seeking a skilled Locum CRNA (Nurse Anesthetist) As a vital member of our anesthesiology team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality anesthesia care to patients. This position involves working on-site and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures. Monitor patients before, during, and after anesthesia to ensure their safety and comfort. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop anesthetic care plans. Manage and maintain anesthesia equipment and supplies. Assess patients' conditions and adjust anesthesia levels accordingly. Provide post-anesthesia care, including monitoring recovery and managing pain. Document patient care accurately and timely. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care. Requirements

Valid CRNA certification and state licensure. Associate degree in Nursing or related field. Proven experience as a Nurse Anesthetist in a healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of anesthesia principles, practices, and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and critical thinking skills. Commitment to providing compassionate patient care. Schedule: 8 or 10-hour day shifts Call: 12, 16, or 24-hour call shifts available Patient Population: Ages 4 months+ Daily Census: 8-10 cases Cases: Primarily OB (including epidurals and spinals), ortho, and general vascular Support Staff: 2 MDs and 11 CRNAs EMR: Epic Board certification required Paid travel & expenses
