What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead product strategy, development, and launch of solutions for government agencies
Collaborate with sales teams on product quotes and customer-specific presentations
Ensure products meet regulatory compliance and industry standards, such as FIPS 140
Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch and end-of-life
Conduct training sessions for sales teams on product innovations
What is Required (Qualifications):
8+ years of progressive Product Management experience
Strong understanding of the federal market and DoD cybersecurity requirements
Proven experience in developing real-time communications products for the Federal market
Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA or advanced degree preferred

Experience working with government agencies and understanding their unique needs
Ability to transition from high-level strategic thinking to detailed execution
Proven ability to collaborate with teams in multiple geographic locations
Strong technical aptitude and business knowledge
