Analyze and resolve procurement issues such as budget impact, investigation of supply sources, proposals, bids, etc. May act as first point of contact for outside vendors in the absence of a dedicated Vendor Relations specialist. Expert knowledge with comprehensive understanding of the university and functional area(s).

Responsibilities

Assist executives in defining university goals and strategic plans.

Apply expert business knowledge with comprehensive understanding of the organization and functional area(s).

Minimum Qualifications EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor's degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).

Requires a bachelor's (or equivalency) + 14 years or a master’s (or equivalency) + 12 years of directly related work experience.
