We are seeking a highly motivated individual contributor to join the development team of the AI-first marketing app to reimagine customer engagement workflows with speed, agility, and productivity enabling full-stack marketers.

What You’ll Do

Develop templates and multi-step chains tailored to specific business functions

Develop few-shot, zero-shot, and hybrid patterns for enhanced reasoning and context retention

Manage multi-turn conversations, memory handling, and contextual continuity

Tailor prompts for performance in enterprise environments, prioritizing accuracy, privacy, fairness, and compliance

Benchmark outputs across models and scenarios to ensure quality and alignment with business intent

Partner with AI Agent Engineers to integrate prompts into agent workflows and orchestration pipelines

What You Need To Succeed

Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Computer Science

3+ years of experience in NLP, AI/ML product development, or application scripting

Grasp of LLM capabilities and limitations

Experience crafting prompts and evaluation methods for enterprise tasks

Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen

Excellent written communication and structured thinking

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $120,700 – $228,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
