Compensation This position is hourly and the starting pay rate is $26.44 per hour.

Position Details The Grainger Government Sales Accelerator Program (GSAP) is designed to provide a broad learning experience for recent college graduates or early‑career aspirants who want to develop into a full‑time sales role. Participants are exposed to intentional learning experiences that include acquiring new customers, demonstrating the value of Sales & Services functions, and selling Grainger’s value to customers. Team members collaborate with multiple parts of the sales organization such as Marketing, Merchandising, Sourcing, eCommerce, Inventory Management and Supplier Management. The program is approximately 6 months and the work location is remote. Upon successful completion, you may be required to relocate to continue your Grainger career in an outside field sales territory.

You Have

Enrolled in a college or university working toward a Bachelor’s degree and expected to graduate between December 2025 and May 2026.

Will have up to 15‑20% overnight travel.

Work location is remote; must have a dedicated workspace free of distractions.

No visa sponsorship provided now or in the future.

Have a valid driver’s license.

Open to relocation.
