TD Securities invites applications for the
Director, Non-Models and Automation - Governance & Control
role. The role is headquartered in New York, NY. Full‑time.
Compensation Base salary range: $170,000 – $225,000 USD. Total rewards include variable compensation, benefits, and career development.
Responsibilities
Design the operating framework governing the use of end‑user computing (EUCs) and similar tools.
Coordinate with technology teams to implement cohesive procedures and controls.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of key operational risk frameworks and promote awareness.
Effectively manage governance, risk management, and control projects within established deadlines.
Establish strong relationships with business partners, G&C leads, Enterprise Technology, and Risk and Control partners.
Foster a culture of productivity, innovation, process improvement, teamwork, and professionalism.
Qualifications
10+ years of relevant experience in enterprise technology, governance, risk, internal control, or compliance.
Strong business acumen and data analytical capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Relationship builder with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Experience developing policy and control frameworks; project management expertise is an asset.
Knowledge of TD Securities businesses is preferred.
Education
Undergraduate degree; CPA, CA, LLB, MBA or professional designation preferred.
10+ years of relevant industry and enterprise technology & governance experience.
