Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and on‑site visits Deliver outstanding service by troubleshooting issues and providing clear solutions Install, program, and configure vending machines at customer sites Perform cycle counts, replenishment, and preventative maintenance Troubleshoot and repair equipment Maintain accurate machine and customer data, including inventory levels and product details Monitor usage data, adjust inventory levels, and manage slow‑moving or excess stock Generate customer reports that provide insights into usage, performance, and trends Support Sales and Operations teams with technical expertise and fast solutions Act as the bridge between customers, the Data Team, and internal stakeholders to ensure requests are prioritized and resolved Qualifications
Strong troubleshooting and technical repair skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Attention to detail with data accuracy and reporting Self‑starter who can juggle multiple responsibilities and adapt quickly Previous experience with vending systems and/or inventory management support is a plus Why Join Us?
