Responsibilities
First point of contact for customers via phone, email, and on-site visits.
Deliver outstanding service by troubleshooting issues and offering clear, effective solutions.
Train customers on vending system usage, best practices, and ways to maximize efficiency.
Install, program, and configure vending machines at customer sites.
Perform cycle counts, replenishment, and preventative maintenance to keep machines running at peak performance.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment.
Maintain accurate machine and customer data, including inventory levels, employee databases, and product details.
Monitor usage data, adjust inventory levels, and partner with the Inventory Data Team to manage slow-moving or excess stock.
Generate customer reports that provide insights into usage, performance, and trends.
Support Sales and Operations teams with technical expertise and fast solutions.
Serve as the bridge between customers, the Data Team, and internal stakeholders to ensure requests are prioritized and resolved.
Qualifications
Strong troubleshooting and technical repair skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Attention to detail with data accuracy and reporting.
A self-starter who can juggle multiple responsibilities and adapt quickly.
Previous experience with vending systems and/or inventory management support is a plus.
