Overview
Zurich is seeking a Finance & Insurance Executive to support sales efforts in our Michigan territory. This role offers the opportunity to leverage and refine your sales and marketing expertise within the automotive sector while targeting financial growth and profitability. The position offers work-from-home flexibility, travel, a competitive base salary with uncapped incentives, and a company car (subject to a driving record check).
Responsibilities
Prospecting: Identify and develop new business prospects, focusing on providing Finance & Insurance products to large automotive dealers, supporting P&C product marketing within the assigned territory, and attending automotive industry events.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Closing: Manage and grow the assigned territory to achieve profitability and exceed sales targets.
Direct Sales: Conduct sales presentations in person or via Microsoft Teams.
Consulting: Collaborate with field team members to ensure seamless implementation of programs and products, strengthening customer relationships.
Building Market Share: Work remotely in an entrepreneurial environment, focusing on market share growth.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in dealership finance or sales leadership, or high school diploma/equivalent with 4+ years of experience in dealership finance or sales leadership. Must reside within the required territory.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ideal candidates have outside sales experience and advanced knowledge of the automotive industry, market trends, and competitors; extensive experience in retail automotive finance or senior sales management; dealership training experience; proficiency in automotive and traditional software/technology; knowledge of insurance, reinsurance, and warranty claims processes and F&I products; ability to analyze financial statements; excellent presentation skills for small and large groups.
Benefits and Compensation The role includes a variable component based on performance under the sales incentive plan. The annual variable compensation range for this position is $190,000 to $230,000, combined with a competitive base salary and uncapped incentive bonuses. The company offers medical, dental, 401k, PTO, and other benefits.
