What You Will Do
Ability to create new or modify existing AutoCAD drawings
Ability to create new or modify existing BIM drawings
Utilizing existing CAD drawings, overlay polylines for integration with the space management system
Manage process for maintenance and updating of CAD/BIM drawings
Develop test‑fits, Design Intent Drawings (DIDs), and Stacking‑plans using AutoCAD
Provide technical guidance, and formal and informal training to team members
Create and maintain a master library of CAD/BIM drawings
What You Will Need
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
Bachelor's degree
THREE (3) or more years of experience in CAD, space planning, or other related field
Nice To Have
Bachelor's degree Interior Design, Architecture or related field
Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts
Strong knowledge of interior code design standards (e.g. A.D.A.)
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients as well as external team members (architects, contractors, landlords, client's representatives, etc.)
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents
Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations
Expert level experience using AutoCAD
Proficiency in Revit, graphic design, and/or 3D modeling and visualization software
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate with team members and follow instructions
Work independently with little supervision
Ability to effectively present information
Salary The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00.
