Job Description Summary The Financial Leadership Development Program (FLDP) at BD is a two-year rotational program designed to develop future finance leaders through challenging assignments in areas such as business planning, operations finance, internal audit, and investor relations. Participants complete two one‑year rotations, starting in Franklin Lakes, NJ, and relocating to another U.S. site in year two. The program offers mentorship, leadership exposure, and opportunities to make a direct business impact. Ideal candidates are finance or business majors with strong communication, leadership potential, and a willingness to relocate.
Program Overview The FLDP vision is to accelerate the development of early‑career associates who aspire to become senior leaders in Finance. Participants gain a well‑rounded foundation of technical, functional, and leadership skills across two one‑year assignments. Locations range across BD sites; relocation is required.

Program Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program, expected graduation December 2025 – June 2026, majoring in Finance, Accounting, Business, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Willingness to relocate for rotations.
Previous intern or co‑op experience in Finance.
Demonstrated technical aptitude and strong leadership potential.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to adapt to new professional environments, manage ambiguity, take initiative, and achieve results.
