Associate Director, D2C Campaign Management (Republic)

How We Lead Merchandise and commerce are part of the fabric of music culture. Republic Records and Famehouse are seeking a driven individual to join our teams as Associate Director, D2C Campaign Management.
Responsibilities
Lead campaign and program management across eCommerce campaigns, ensuring U.S. and global teams are integrated and executing to plan.
Liaise between Republic Records, Famehouse, and partner teams to execute tasks across Republic’s D2C stores.
Project manage follow‑throughs and logistics for approved campaigns, keeping calendar and campaign plans updated.
Coordinate global D2C launches, liaising between U.S. and international teams.
Report on D2C launch alerts, sales recaps, and marketing data to relevant parties.
Proactively identify ways to add value to client relationships and collaborate with internal teams on marketing proposal and insights reporting.
Ensure the cross‑functional team operates efficiently to deliver the highest service level to the label and artists.
Manage workflow against client SOW, standard turnaround times, and track resources against client priorities.
Liaise with Finance teams across eCommerce programs, including managing campaign P&Ls and program compliance with UMG policies.
Qualifications
6+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in music & entertainment or eCommerce.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
Meticulous attention to detail and follow‑through, highly organized with superior time‑management skills.
Must be available to work nights and weekends, especially during priority releases.
Strong experience with Shopify, Monday.com, and Shopify preferred.
BA degree in related field preferred.
Passion for music and Republic’s artist roster is a must.
Experience with Shopify preferred; experience using Monday.com is a major plus.
Experience at Universal Music Group or similar industry is a plus.
