Senior Manager, Campaign Management at Universal Music Group (UMG) / Famehouse. This role focuses on organizing, managing, and executing a calendar of activity for ecommerce campaigns, collaborating with stakeholders across departments to deliver end-to-end campaigns that connect artists with fans. The ideal candidate has project management experience in the music or entertainment industry, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about connecting artists with their fans. Responsibilities

Calendar and Timelines: Develop and manage a detailed campaign calendar, establish key milestones and deadlines, and communicate them clearly to all stakeholders. Cross-Functional Team Coordination: Gather, organize, manage, and liaise with Store Management, Order Management, Inventory Management, Logistics, Production, and Marketing to ensure deadlines and launch dates are met; provide pertinent information for store and product launches and field amendments as needed. Stakeholder Approvals: Coordinate review and approvals of key assets from artist management and internal stakeholders. International Coordination: Work with international teams to align campaign launches across regions for globally cohesive and timely execution. Storefront Management: Compile and track logistical information for new product launches (SKUs, titles, descriptions, imagery); perform regular QA checks on active stores to ensure functionality and accurate merchandising; manage inventory levels and alert the team when replenishment is needed. Reporting: Compile and provide sales and inventory reports; assist in creating eCommerce keynotes and presentations as needed. General Administration: Include meeting scheduling, expense reports, and occasional travel booking. Qualifications

1-2+ years of relevant internship or full-time work experience, preferably in music, entertainment, or ecommerce Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through Extremely organized with strong time-management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight schedules while producing high-quality work Proactive mindset with initiative to anticipate needs and provide information to teammates Self-accountability and ability to provide consistent stakeholder updates Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs Experience with Monday.com and Shopify preferred (not required) Experience with Photoshop is a plus (not required) Interest in learning more about eCommerce Operations and eCommerce Marketing Perks & Benefits
