Overview Purchasing Power is a Atlanta-based voluntary benefit company offering an industry-leading employee purchase program for brand-name consumer products, online education services and travel offerings through convenient payroll deduction, helping employees achieve financial flexibility. The Vice President of Business Marketing will lead B2B and client marketing strategy, operations, and execution to drive and support the company’s growth.

Responsibilities

Integrated B2B and client marketing strategy

Develop and execute an integrated B2B and client marketing strategy aligned to company growth objectives

Lead campaigns to drive brand awareness, market presence, and qualified lead generation for Purchasing Power

Oversee development of marketing messaging and positioning to influence prospects, clients, and partners

Ensure consistency of B2B brand voice and messaging across all marketing touchpoints

Leverage data and analytics to monitor campaign performance, optimize marketing spend, and inform future strategies

Client & Partner Marketing

Drive strategies that support clients’ efforts to engage employees and maximize program adoption

Develop campaigns, collateral, toolkits, and resources for clients to communicate program value internally

Partner with client-facing teams to design co-branded campaigns, content, and engagement strategies

Oversee planning and execution of client and partner events, conferences, and experiences

Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse marketing team across multiple functions, fostering collaboration and professional growth

Build organizational capability in areas including B2B demand generation, client marketing, marketing operations, and events

Create a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement

Marketing Operations & Alignment

Oversee marketing operations, processes, and technology to drive efficiency and scale

Manage marketing budgets and resources to ensure optimal ROI

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Sales Enablement, B2C Lifecycle Marketing, and Analytics to ensure marketing strategies directly support pipeline and revenue outcomes

Measure and report on marketing performance, demonstrating clear contribution to business growth

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

10+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with a strong track record of driving awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth

Proven experience in managing and developing a diverse, high-performing marketing team

Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Deep understanding of market development, segmentation, and go-to-market strategies

Strong communication, storytelling, and strategic marketing skills

Data-driven mindset with expertise in leveraging analytics, reporting, and insights to drive decision-making

Experience in client marketing, partner marketing, and event execution strongly preferred

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities

Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of executing both at a high level and in day-to-day operations
