We are looking for a driven and strategic
Director of Pharmaceutical Sales
to oversee key accounts in the pharmaceutical and logistics sectors. This role blends deep industry knowledge with strong relationship-building skills to deliver tailored solutions that optimize supply chain performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
Pay Range $65,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of pharmaceutical and logistics clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
Identify new business opportunities within the pharma supply chain, including cold chain logistics, warehousing, and distribution
Collaborate with regulatory, operations, and technical teams to deliver compliant and efficient solutions
Understand client needs related to drug safety, temperature-sensitive transport, and inventory management
Develop customized proposals and negotiate contracts that align with industry standards and client goals
Monitor KPIs such as delivery timelines, cost efficiency, and service quality
Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes (e.g., FDA, GDP), and emerging technologies
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
Education / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or related field OR 3–5 years of experience in sales or account management within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or logistics industries
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical distribution, cold chain logistics, and regulatory requirements
Proven ability to manage complex accounts and deliver results
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools
Willingness to travel as needed

Physical/Mental Demands
Physical requirements include the ability to sit and stand for several hours at a time, walk, reach, bend, stoop, stretch, lift, push, transport, and move up to 25 pounds and to talk and hear.
Manual dexterity and visual acuity are needed to operate normal office equipment, such as a computer, telephone and copier.
Environmental / Working Conditions
Work is performed in an indoor office environment and involves frequent contact with customers, vendors, employees, and the public.
Some weekend and evening hours may be required.
