Associate Technical Recruiter at Comrise Job Summary:

This role is a critical blend of BD, Account Management, and Strategic Marketing leadership. You will leverage your deep Retail Marketing and Amazon/e-commerce expertise to build and nurture relationships with white enterprise clients, drive offline/online client acquisition, and resolve critical client challenges. You will report directly to the U.S. VP, own the end-to-end lifecycle of key accounts, and play a pivotal role in hitting short-term revenue goals while building long-term brand loyalty.

Core Responsibilities Strategic BD & Client Acquisition (Revenue-Focused):

Lead proactive client development by frequent offline outreach (client visits, industry tradeshows, in-person networking events) and online engagement to identify and convert high-value white B2B clients, directly contributing to the revenue target.

Design and pitch tailored Amazon/e-commerce solutions aligned with client business goals, leveraging Retail Marketing and Omnichannel strategies to differentiate our services.

Key Account Management & Relationship Stewardship:

Own relationship maintenance for top-tier B2B clients: act as the primary point of contact, anticipate needs, and deliver strategic insights to drive retention and upsells.

Demonstrate cultural fluency and communication agility to package and articulate solutions to the clients—building trust through clear, context-aware dialogue that resonates with U.S. business norms.

Crisis Resolution & Client Success:

Proactively identify and resolve client escalations (e.g., operational gaps, performance shortfalls, budget misalignments) with data-backed solutions to minimize churn and protect long-term partnerships.

Collaborate with internal teams (operations, analytics, support) to ensure client deliverables meet or exceed expectations, bridging client needs with internal capabilities.

Engage directly with client C-suite/executives to align our services with their strategic priorities, translating operational details into high-level business value propositions.

Synthesize client feedback, market trends, and performance data into actionable insights—presenting concise, abstracted summaries to internal leadership to inform service and BD strategy.

Apply deep Retail Marketing and Omnichannel expertise to advise clients on Amazon/e-commerce growth tactics (e.g., in-store/online integration, customer journey optimization, promotional campaigns).

Stay ahead of U.S. e-commerce/Amazon industry trends, competitor dynamics, and retail best practices to ensure our solutions remain innovative and competitive.

Required Qualifications & Skills

7+ years of progressive experience in B2B Retail Marketing, Omnichannel Marketing, or Client Success (CS) within the Amazon/e-commerce industry; prior experience at an e-commerce agency, retail brand, or Amazon partner is strongly preferred.

Proven track record of owning BD targets and delivering $100K+ incremental revenue through client acquisition/upsells; experience managing enterprise-level white clients is mandatory.

Core Competencies

B2B Client Leadership: Expertise in high-stakes client relationship management, including executive-level communication, needs-based solution selling, and crisis resolution.

Amazon/E-Commerce & Retail Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of Amazon operations (e.g., listing optimization, advertising), U.S. retail trends, and Omnichannel strategy (integrating online/offline touchpoints).

Offline-Driven Mindset: Demonstrated willingness and track record of frequent client-facing travel, in-person meetings, and trade show participation to drive relationship-building and BD.

Strategic Abstraction: Ability to distill complex operational or performance data into clear, executive-friendly insights and recommendations.

Results-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to align internal teams (operations, sales, analytics) with client needs.
