Exceed monthly revenue quotas and drive sales for the EnsoSleep HST solution Identify prospective customers and convert leads into sales while collaborating with clients to address their needs Coordinate sales processes with marketing and Sales Engineers for product demonstrations Negotiate contracts and pricing with the Regional Sales Director and/or Chief Commercial Officer Maintain customer information and sales data in the CRM system, HubSpot Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Account Executive in the medical device industry Proven experience in sleep medicine sales, specifically home sleep testing Strong clinical aptitude and business acumen, with a hunter mindset and creative thinking Experience closing business within health systems is required Ability to travel up to 75% of the time Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare software as a medical device or SaaS sales Previous experience working with CRM systems Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Familiarity with remote and hybrid office teams Background in startup, tech, or software engineering environments We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
