Netflix Germany Sales Partner
Netflix is a leading global entertainment service with over 300 million paid memberships worldwide. The recent launch of an ad‑supported model expands our consumer options while maintaining a premium brand experience for advertisers. We are seeking a Sales Partner in Germany to shape and execute our sales strategy for this market.
As the Sales Partner in Germany you will be responsible for executing the agency sales strategy, building strong relationships with key advertising agencies, and driving revenue growth through leveraging Netflix’s audience insights and premium content offerings. The role requires collaboration with account managers, ad product, marketing, content, and partnership development teams to deliver best‑in‑class advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute agency‑focused sales strategy for Germany and deliver revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies to secure advertising partnerships and drive revenue growth.
Develop long‑term relationships with key clients within assigned portfolios.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure successful delivery of advertising campaigns.
Leverage Netflix’s unique audience insights and premium content offerings to drive revenue growth.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation.
Qualifications
Approx. 6 years of media sales experience with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth.
English and German language skills.
Experience in programmatic, TV and digital advertising is preferred.
Strong knowledge of marketing objectives and ability to move from strategic thinking to operational tasks.
Deep understanding of media agencies and holding companies.
Strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across functions.
