Program Manager – Career Bridge
Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle is seeking a Program Manager for the Career Bridge Program. The Program Manager leads the planning, development, and management of workforce training and job readiness initiatives that provide a comprehensive approach to assist participants in achieving short‑ and long‑term economic and personal stability. Key Responsibilities
Oversee Career Bridge staff and ensure program outcomes and deliverables remain on track. Develop and implement performance measures, outcomes, and tracking processes for the program. Collaborate with community partners to assess workforce needs and design responsive programs. Promote a supportive environment that addresses barriers participants may face. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
3+ years of experience in job placement, training, career counseling, or related services. 3+ years of direct service program management experience. Prior people‑management experience. Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders and community partners. Experience working with diverse populations (language, culture, race, physical ability, sexual orientation, etc.). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously. Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and maintain attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Flexibility to maintain a flexible work schedule as program needs require. Experience working with previously incarcerated individuals, including knowledge of re‑entry systems and services to reduce recidivism. Benefits
