Responsibilities
Execute and oversee the management of Career Bridge participant intake and assessment, case management, and the participant support fund
Track participant progress and maintain communications with participants and the Career Bridge Program Manager
Provide participant support and resources to facilitate successful workforce entry and long‑term career pathway development
Qualifications
2+ years of direct service case management, intake, or support experience
2+ years of experience in job readiness, employment placement, recruiting, or related roles
Proficient with MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook
Ability to multi‑task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Problem‑solver who can work with minimal supervision
Experience working with re‑entry and a diverse population
Compensation & Benefits
Medical – $8,741.40 per year
Dental – $570 per year
Vision – $65.04 per year
Group Life & ADD – $41.70 per year
Employee Assistance Program – $57.60 per year
403(b) retirement – $100 per month
Health & Fitness Benefit – $419.88 per year
LinkedIn Learning Account
Professional Development Funds – up to $1,500 per year for approved activities
3.5 weeks of PTO accrued annually during the first 24 months of employment
8 annual personal holiday/health and wellness days
11 paid holidays + 6‑day paid winter holiday break
WA State Paid Family & Medical Leave – 0.8% of salary, 100% employer paid
