HVAC Service & Sales Technician
Location: Grapevine, TX (Dispatch Home North Texas). Dallas‑Fort Worth metro area.
About the role We seek a motivated HVAC Service & Sales Technician to install, service, and sell HVAC equipment. Technical expertise and customer relationship skills are key.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to residential service and sales calls.
Diagnose HVAC failures and recommend repairs, accessories, or replacements.
Identify sales opportunities (equipment upgrades, cross‑sell, memberships).
Educate customers on work completed and provide options.
Build trust, follow‑up, and convert opportunities.
Maintain vehicle, equipment inventory, and safety.
Attend training and team meetings.
Qualifications
2+ years residential HVAC experience.
Current HVAC license and certification.
Valid Texas driver’s license, clean driving record.
Strong work ethic, team player, customer service oriented.
Climb, bend, kneel, crawl, stoop regularly.
Lift 75 lbs regularly, 40‑50 lbs on raised surfaces.
Work in cramped spaces, high places.
Weekend/ evening rotation possible.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $23‑$28 base + bonus opportunities.
