Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally in a logistics, transportation, or supply chain setting.
Required certification: Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201); additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) are an asset.
Strong understanding of CRM processes and business operations, particularly in a 3PL or similar service-oriented industry.
Proficiency in generating reports, dashboards, automation flows, and managing data imports/exports.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.
Capability to manage competing priorities and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bilingual in French and English.
Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain the Salesforce platform, including the setup of users, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
Tailor Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and automation tools to meet business needs.
Create and maintain detailed reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to aid management decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy through regular audits, data cleaning, and applying best practices in data management.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect and document business requirements for process improvements and new features.
Implement automation and integrations to optimize workflows between Salesforce and logistics systems (e.g., CRM).
Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training to enhance the adoption and effective use of Salesforce across various departments.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends, and propose enhancements as needed.
Manage third-party applications and integrations that enhance Salesforce functionality.
Company Journey Freight is a third‑party logistics company with numerous offices and agents globally. With over 27 years of experience, we have expanded internationally and continue to grow. We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The successful individual will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of our Salesforce platform to support critical business functions, including sales, customer service, and logistics operations. The role reports directly to the Vice President of IT. The Salesforce Administrator will ensure the integrity and efficiency of our CRM system by managing user access, maintaining data accuracy, developing reports and dashboards, and implementing automated workflows to enhance productivity and visibility across the organization. This person will work closely with cross‑functional teams to identify business needs, design scalable solutions, and provide ongoing support and training to end‑users. The ideal candidate has a sound understanding of both Salesforce best practices and logistics industry operations and the ability to translate complex business processes into effective technical solutions that drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
