Responsibilities
Plan and execute the program lifecycle, including major program milestones and reviews
Ensure system programmatic and technical compliance with the program Statement of Work (SOW)
Support vertical and horizontal integration across product teams and program life cycle
Interface with inter‑organizational management and external customers to communicate program and technical status
Collect, manage, and support program metrics collection and reporting
Support risk and opportunity products, production of work products, and track program dependencies in the program schedule through leadership over the element Control Account Managers (CAMs) and Work Package Leads (WPLs)

Basic Qualifications
Requires a bachelor’s degree in STEM with 8 years of experience or 6 years with a master’s degree, or 4 years with a PhD. An additional 4 years of direct CM/DM experience may be used in lieu of a degree.
Must be a U.S. citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years.
Must be able to be successfully screened for enhanced security clearances within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs.
2+ years of experience in ICBM (MMIII or Sentinel) or complex aerospace/defense systems.
2+ years of experience in team environments with leadership responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to lead multi‑disciplined teams responsible for cost and schedule of the technical baseline.
Demonstrated ability to interface and collaborate with cross‑functional, multi‑discipline teams to deliver engineering outcomes such as productivity metrics, burn down plans, etc.
Demonstrated backlog planning and management.
Risk and opportunity management experience.
Knowledge of model‑based systems engineering process and artifact creation.
Capable of effective communication in a highly technical environment.
Willingness to learn program‑specific technologies/methodologies as applicable to the execution life cycle appropriate for a lead engineering role.
Knowledge of systems engineering processing from generation of an Integrated Master Plan (IMP) to work product breakdown into integrated master schedules (IMS) for the development of complex systems of systems.
Multi‑disciplinary engineering exposure (software, hardware, electrical) and strong ability to communicate cross‑functionally.
Demonstrated experience working with Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.) or other similar management tool.
Experience managing contracts of $10M+.
Strong oral and written communication skills, including demonstrated experience with high‑value customer presentations and ability to focus on multiple projects with competing priorities.
Schedule The position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine‑hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
