Base salary: $102,900.00 – $135,075.00 per year. Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Designer to join our Building Mechanical team and deliver innovative HVAC design solutions for our heavy industrial clients. You will work alongside a multi‑disciplinary team performing field investigations, interfacing with clients & vendors, sizing and selecting equipment, and preparing construction design packages. You will be accountable for the schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks as you gain familiarity with the client’s expectations, scope, budget, and schedule. Key Responsibilities

Design layout of HVAC systems. Develop conceptual and preliminary design documents, including calculations related to sizing and selecting equipment, air flow diagrams (AFDs), process and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and general arrangements. Prepare final construction documents for chilled water, cooling water, and other HVAC systems. Coordinate with other disciplines. Required Qualifications

At least ten (10) years of experience in the design of HVAC systems for industrial facilities. Proficiency in Revit. Thorough knowledge of codes and standards related to HVAC design. Adaptability to work within a fast‑paced team environment with multiple deadlines. Ability to collaborate with the project team remotely. Preferred Experience

Software experience in AutoCAD, Carrier HAP, Trane Trace 700, and Trane Trace 3D. Experience in the design of plumbing/utility systems. Benefits and Employment
