What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Own and refine the go‑to‑market (GTM) strategy for independent operators and enterprise customers

Lead and develop a regional and enterprise sales team to achieve bookings, expansion, and margin targets

Personally engage in late‑stage deals and strategic enterprise opportunities

Drive a disciplined sales process, including pipeline management and win/loss analysis

Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Finance to align strategies and messaging

What is Required (Qualifications)

Significant sales leadership experience in foodservice, with exposure to both independent operators and enterprise accounts

Minimum of 10 years of sales or sales leadership experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role

Proven track record of building and executing GTM strategies that drive sustained revenue growth

Experience selling distribution and tech‑enabled solutions (SaaS, platforms, or tools)

Strong skills in forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM execution
